The Mews Farm buildings were in derelict condition and badly needed a complete reconstruction with a custom held-coil and resin injection system. This particular project involved a careful and sympathetic approach to save the buildings and then to enhance them, to create high standard accommodation for commercial use. Extensive groundworks were undertaken including new a sewerage treatment plant and connection to mains supplies. Construction works included complete roof replacements, new windows, full underfloor wet heating system, full electrics and plumbing. The full internal refits included tanking. Internal finishings included 2 x kitchens, 5 x bathrooms, 7 bedrooms, 2 lounges and a utility room. External landscaping included a new driveway, patio and fencing. The final result is 2 completely charming semi-detached holiday cottages which are available to rent as holiday homes.
